I think I have a future in caramel sauce making.
Because, dammit! I'm good. :D HAHAHAHALOL
I
baked Chocolate Caramel Brownies and the caramel is supposed to be
really thick (like, toothpaste) I thought 30 minutes of stirring is
just a typo. So the moment it started boiling, I turned off the range
and pour it on my brownies.
24 hours later, it looks NOTHING like the picture in the magazine. *__*
BUT. The caramel sauce is yummy beyond words. Heh.
I
have zero domestic skeelz but at least I can bake. Well, I can't really
execute it flawlessly because my baking schedule is dictated by my
hormones and my mother. (Meaning I only bake when I feel like it or if
my mudras implores me to)
Perfect? No. Eatable? Hell yes. ;P
