I don't ask a lot when it comes to what I watch

It just need to have a lot of action, character development, tons of adventure and a bit of romance.

OH, AND ALSO.. COMPLETE! (Patience was never my best suit remember?)

(So.. no harem anime, pure violence kind of shit, lukewarm romantic shenanigans for me, and animations that goes on forever and ever that I think the animator will never ever even bother to finish it and just keel over. Which is like, 95% of the anime/cartoons lately.)

My brother asked me to buy a dvd and I've ignored it for like 2 weeks because I'm not the least bit interested in a little kid flying in a kite-like contraption but then I got bored and finally gave it a shot.

And what a shot it was.

I AM HOOKED.

I finished the 2 seasons in like, a day and half and now, I have the eyebags the size of Africa. Hoot hoot.

I'm more in favor of the Zuko x Mai pairing.

Ang daming Zuko-Katara fans. But I'm good with the Aang-Katara ship. I just wished Aang is kinda older. Hahahahaha ok whatever. It's still 11/10 on my scale.

I have this habit of reading my past entries when the mood strikes me.

I noticed that for the past 4 months, most of my entries are really brief... and majority are some kind of a rave or a rant to what I have watched that specific moment.

So that means, the novelty of my Avatar fixation will wear off sooner or later huh? ;_;

I know I've been full of rants about the questionable cast of the movie adaptation of Avatar lately. You know what? I don't care anymore, I realized that it is called magic in movies for a reason and even though I've never watched any of M. Night Shyamalan movies, many people are saying he's a brilliant director.

Who knows, maybe he'll be able to pull it off. Awesomely.

And because I saw the manipulated photos of the cast in Avatar and it was actually good. The Caucasian boy who'll play Sokka actually fits the bill pretty damn well. (fine I'll say it. He is hot.)

1. My cooking philosophy is summarized in 3 words. Just Add Water. I can just imagine myself living off Nissin Cup noodles in the future while wasting my life away in front of the boob tube. Pathetic, ain't it? Of course I'm kidding! -_- But really, my cooking skeelz is almost non-existent. I would be seriously bummed if I can't bake either but I can so I'm still happy with my life. I think. Haha.

Since we got a bag of pecans, among other things, as pasalubong from some relatives who got back from the States, I decided to give Turtle Bars a go.

And would you look at that! It's not quite the failure occasional bakers like myself envisioned it would be. It was actually... delicious.

2. I have finished each and every episode of Avatar. I've liked, watched, the Final Battle twice before I realized that I have skipped an episode from book 3. Then I decided to watch random episodes again, first from our DVD but it only had books 2 and 3 so I decided to watch the book 1 episodes on the internet.

And would you look at that! I've also skipped an episode from book 1. Just when I thought that I've watched every episode (at least twice, 5 times for the Final Battle), there will be that one (or two) episode that managed to stay under the radar. Funny. Annoyingly funny.

P.S. The episode was pure gold. I was really baffled before as to who Jeong Jeong was and what he did, I assumed I've encountered him before but I was too tired to remember. (I tend to hold my dvd marathons at the most ungodly of hours) Well, I'm damn sure this is the first time I've watched that episode.

The avatar has taken over my life. I must study my ass off soon for my exam. Meh.
